Cancellation & Refound

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction.

Any dissatisfaction or service-related problems you may experience with the products you purchase are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.

You can find the conditions required for us to provide you with better and faster service regarding product returns below;

If any of these are missing, product returns will not be accepted.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FOR RETURN

a- Since some Genetic Trainer services are not physical goods, such products are based on service defects and customer satisfaction.

b—The product to be returned must be delivered as received, complete, undamaged, and with its standard accessories within 30 days.

2. SHIPMENT NOTE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

a- The shipment note of the product must be sent for the return process.

 

ABOUT OTHER CONDITIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES

a- If the products that come to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the return to be reflected in your account is at your bank's discretion. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 7 days.
b- You can send the products you will return with Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.

SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The cargo companies we have agreements with can only receive the product to be returned. Other than this, the return and transportation fee of products that reach us with any cargo company will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a cargo label attached to the original box and taped with cargo tape are not accepted), products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

- You must send a petition including the original shipping note (all copies in your possession) and the reason for return along with the product you want to return.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Our valued customers can cancel orders that you have incorrectly placed or abandoned.

If the product has not been shipped in cancellation transactions, the entire fee will be refunded to the method you used to perform the transaction.

If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and the refund will be made.
