From the very beginning of my 33-year coaching career,

I kept asking myself a simple yet powerful question:

 

“Why do people follow the same training and nutrition programs—but get different results?”

Over the years, this question has evolved into a thesis: Athletic performance is encoded in DNA and regulated by genes. This realization led me to create Genetic Trainer®, a science-based, fully personalized coaching method designed to adapt to each individual's unique genetic profile.

Unlike traditional theories taught in textbooks or certifications, Genetic Trainer® was born from this very field. Developed through decades of practical coaching experience, grounded in genetics, and endorsed by thousands of athletes and coaches worldwide, this methodology was officially registered as a Turkish Scientific Study in 2010 and is protected by international copyrights and trademark patents. Today, the system has evolved into a global method, combining the latest scientific and technological advancements in genetic research with applications in sports, health, and education. What began as a personal mission has now become a new profession, a recognized career path, and an international movement.
