What is Genetic Trainer®

Genetic Trainer® is a scientifically developed training, nutrition, and health optimization system powered by your DNA--designed to help you perform better, live healthier, and reach your full potential.

Founded by Altan Öztepe in 2010, it is the first registered genetic-based performance methodology designed to help you achieve maximum natural results in less time, all aligned with your unique genetic profile and personal fitness goals.

Unlike one-size-fits-all programs, Genetic Trainer® reveals how your body is built to perform — and delivers a personalized game plan to train smarter, eat better, and recover faster.

Protected by international copyrights and trademark laws, Genetic Trainer® is trusted by athletes, coaches, and professionals across the globe.

Benefits

Benefits of the Genetic Trainer® System

1. Determining the Most Suitable Sports for the Person

Football Player.jpg

Determining the sports in which the person can be genetically most successful according to their muscle type, heart capacity, joint structure, and injury risks. (Warning about sports that are not suitable for the person's physiology and carry cardiac or various injury risks)

2. Personalized & Data-Driven Training Programs

  • No more guesswork—genetic insights allow trainers to design programs that match the individual's muscle fibre composition, recovery speed, injury risk, and endurance potential.

  • Maximizing results by tailoring strength, endurance, or explosive power training based on genetic predispositions.

  • Faster progress for clients, leading to higher satisfaction and retention.

3. Faster and More Effective Results

  • Since training is optimized based on genetic potential, clients see results quicker and more efficiently.

  • Trainers can pinpoint whether a client responds better to high-intensity training (HIT), endurance-based routines, or hypertrophy-focused programs.

  • Increased motivation because clients follow workouts that suit their biological strengths

4. Reducing the Risk of Injury

  • Genetic analysis helps trainers identify clients prone to injuries due to weaker tendons, ligaments, or muscle imbalances.

  • With this information, trainers can adjust exercise selection, intensity, and volume to prevent injuries before they happen.

  • Helps implement proper recovery strategies to ensure clients don’t overtrain.

5. Science-Backed Training for Competitive Edge

  • It adds credibility and professionalism, attracting more high-end clients.

  • Happy clients = More referrals & long-term success.

7. Optimized Recovery & Adaptation

  • Genetic data reveals how fast a client recovers from workouts, allowing trainers to adjust training frequency and intensity.

  • Some clients may need longer recovery periods, while others can train at higher volumes without overtraining.

  • Helps in structuring active recovery and mobility routines for maximum performance.

8. Competitive Edge & Increased Revenue
